By downloading, installing, or using the Serenova application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resonant Health LLC.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Serenova. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You agree to:
Free Plan: Basic features available at no charge with usage limits.
Paid Plans: Serenova Plus ($9.99/month) and Serenova Pro ($19.99/month) are billed monthly through Google Play or the App Store.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, messages). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the service.
Our Content: All app content, design, code, and branding are owned by Resonant Health LLC and protected by copyright law.
Your use of Serenova is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SERENOVA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESONANT HEALTH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Serenova shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
